Set up your Basilias account

Complete onboarding before you begin documenting visits. Basilias asks for the details it needs to create your practitioner profile, then takes you to the appropriate first screen for your organization.

Complete your profile

1. Sign in to Basilias. If your profile is incomplete, you will be taken to the setup flow.
2. Enter your first and last name, choose your specialty, add a phone number, and set your password.
3. Optionally choose UPLOAD PHOTO to add a professional profile image. JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 5 MB are supported.
4. Select the button to complete your profile. Basilias confirms the update and redirects you into the app.

Organization setup for administrators

Some administrators first see an organization step. Choose the organization subtype that best describes the organization. When shown, Primary clinical focus is optional. This information helps Basilias tailor the experience; it does not replace the individual profile step.

Before the first visit

After onboarding, take a moment to:

1. Add a patient or locate an existing record.
2. Review the templates available under Templates. You can use a supplied template or create your own.
3. Confirm that the device you will use for recording has a working microphone and that you are ready to review any generated content.

If you were invited to an organization, use the invitation link and sign in with that account before completing the profile.
