Set provider availability

Availability defines the recurring windows clients can book with each qualified provider. Basilias uses these windows together with booked appointments and time off to determine which online slots are open.

Add an availability window

  1. Open Availability.
  2. Select the provider from the list.
  3. Choose Add availability.
  4. Select one or more days of the week.
  5. Set the start and end times. Availability is configured in 15-minute increments.
  6. Optionally add a Valid from or Valid until date when a recurring schedule has a limited date range.
  7. Select Create.

Repeat this for different working patterns, such as weekday clinic hours and a separate weekend window.

Edit or remove a window

Select the edit button next to a window to change its days, time range, or validity dates. Select the remove button to deactivate a window that is no longer used.

When no providers appear

The Availability page only lists people who are qualified for at least one active bookable service. If you see an empty state:

  1. Create or publish a bookable service.
  2. Invite a team member if needed.
  3. Add that service to the team member’s Qualified Services.
  4. Return to Availability and add their recurring windows.

Time off and booked appointments

Availability is the baseline schedule, not a promise that every time will be offered. Existing bookings and recorded unavailability remove conflicting times from the online booking results.
