Set qualifications

Qualifications show which services or treatments a team member is approved to provide. Keeping them current helps Basilias offer clients the right appointment times and helps your team build schedules with the right coverage.

Add qualifications to a team member

1. Open Organization.
2. Open the team member’s profile.
3. Find Qualified Services.
4. Select the services or treatments they are qualified to perform.
5. Save the changes.

You can also assign providers while editing a service. In the service editor, open Who can perform this treatment? and select the appropriate people.

Keep online booking accurate

For a service to offer online times, all three parts need to be in place:

1. The service is published and bookable.
2. At least one active team member is qualified for it.
3. That qualified provider has an availability window.

If a service is visible but no times appear, check qualifications first, then provider availability. It is a quick way to make sure the booking experience stays accurate as your team changes.
