Use Schedule AI
Schedule AI is a conversational workspace for exploring and working with the scheduling data already available to your organization. It is a useful place to begin when you want a little help turning a coverage question into a structured schedule setup.
Start a useful conversation
Open Schedule AI and either choose a suggested prompt or type your own question. Good starting questions include:
- What services are currently set up?
- Show active clinicians and their current assignments.
- What constraints are active?
- Help me get started with a schedule.
You can also describe a coverage pattern—such as day/night emergency coverage or a weekly on-call rotation—to begin a guided setup conversation. You do not need to have every detail settled before you start.
Verify before publishing
Treat AI output as a workspace aid, not an approval decision. Review the actual constraints, assignments, warnings, and coverage in Schedule Management and Rounds before submitting a draft. In particular, confirm service eligibility, time off, rest requirements, and the full date range.
Continue or start over
Schedule AI keeps chat history so you can return to a prior conversation. Use Chat History to reopen a session, or begin a new chat when you want to explore a separate scheduling problem.
Protect sensitive information
Use organization scheduling details only with people who are authorized to access them. Do not paste patient information, credentials, calendar subscription URLs, or other sensitive material into a conversation.
