Let the Team See Who’s On

Who’s On is the quick, read-only answer to “who is covering now and next?” It gives the team a simple way to check live and upcoming coverage without opening the full scheduling workspace.

Use the internal view

  1. Open Who’s On from the schedule area.
  2. Choose the date to check today’s or upcoming assignments.
  3. Review the services and people assigned to the selected day.

The view excludes unavailability services so the focus stays on working coverage. Viewer roles can see names but not contact information; other roles may see the organization’s administrator contact when it is available.

Share the public page carefully

Basilias also has a public Who’s On landing page that explains the product’s coverage workflow. It is safe to share as product information, but it is not a replacement for your authenticated organization schedule. Do not share authenticated schedule views or calendar-feed links beyond the people authorized to use them.

Use it with the schedule workflow

Publish the reviewed schedule first, then encourage the team to use Who’s On for the day-to-day coverage check. When coverage changes, update a draft and publish the approved version rather than relying on a side channel.
